Parking:

Please park within the A201 Assigned parking OR unmarked parking spots.

BOOKING & POLICIES

Cancellation:Please cancel appointments 24 hours in advance. If you call to cancel under 12 hours of your service, you may be charged 1/2 the service cost for lost revenue.

Tardiness:May need to rebook service beyond 10 minutes from the set appointment time due to time restraints for other clients.

No Show:If you do not come to your scheduled appointment, you may be required to pay a deposit of 1/2 the service cost in advance to make your next appointment.

Re-Service:If you are not 100 percent satisfied, please call for a re-service within one week of the service.

Refunds:There are no refunds for paid transactions. If you are unhappy with a product bring it back within one week for an exchange, or product credit.
